One on One Programs
Grading Test (Analysis)
Firstly, with this analysis we can locate and measure the real conditions of the soccer player. Therefore, the results of these tests, will convert into precise KPI’s to identify where his/her strengths and weaknesses are. Certainly, this will give us a platform to create a specific soccer coaching program, that is needed for the player to develop him/her as a professional player. Subsequently, after the test is completed, we provide a full report with all the information (Depending on the level of the player, the report will be from 10 up to 28 pages).

Training Sessions (Soccer Skills)
Secondly, we will implement a personalised Training Program. Most importantly, we break down the technique into easy drills, so the player can learn step by step.
Definitely, this will get the player to learn the skills required to play at the highest level, be more consistent and, capable of achieving superior results.

- Technical-Shooting, control, passing (using both sides of the body equally)
- Physical-running, flexibility
- Biomechanics
- Mental-motivation and discipline
Continual Improvement System (Results)
Thirdly, when the Soccer Skill Development Program is being completed, we will re-test the soccer player in all the areas, so we can measure the level of improvement. Then, we will adjust the program accordingly for the rest of the session.

Empowering Women
Certainly, Football First has been empowering and helping women to achieve their dreams to become professional football (soccer) players for many years. Therefore, we are very proud to have played a part in Carli Lloyd’s success.
She is an American soccer player, two-time Olympic gold medallist, 2015 FIFA Women’s World Cup champion, two-time FIFA Player of the Year, and a three-time Olympian. She’s the US heroine for scoring the winner in the Olympic final, and she did it with a little help from Con Boutsianis.
Con has also worked with the Australian Women’s Team.
Workplace Programs
Indeed, in Football First, we are well-being experts. That is why we are aware that Chronic disease, work-related injuries, illnesses, and stress (resulting in employee disengagement, low productivity and absenteeism) cost an estimated $2.2 trillion annually worldwide.
For this reason, mainly, we have developed special programs for workplaces.
Above all, we use football (soccer) practice in a fun way but orientated to improve workers’ well-being.
