Individual Programs

Grading Test (Analysis)

With this analysis, we can locate and measure the real conditions of the player. The results of these tests, will convert into precise KPI’s to identify where his/her strengths and weaknesses are. This will give us a platform to create a specific program, that is needed for the player to develop him/her as a professional player. We give a full report with all the information (Depending on the level of the player, the report will be from 10 up to 28 pages).

Training Sessions (Skills)

In these sessions we will implement a Personalized Holistic Program. This will get the players to compete at their highest level, be more consistent and capable of achieving superior results.

Areas covered:

  • Technical-Shooting, control, passing (using both sides of the body equally)
  • Physical-running, flexibility
  • Biomechanics
  • Mental-motivation and discipline

Continual Improvement System (Results)

In this part, when the Skill Development Program is being completed, we will re-test the player in all the areas, to see the level of improvement. Then, we will adjust the program accordingly for the rest of the sessions.

Empowering Women

FF has been empowering and helping women to achieve their dreams to become professional football players for many years. We are very proud to have played a part in Carli Lloyd’d success. She is an American soccer player, two-time Olympic gold medalist, 2015 FIFA Women’s World Cup champion, two-time FIFA Player of the Year, and a three-time Olympian. She’s the US heroine for scoring the winner in the Olympic final, and she did it with a little help from Con Boutsianis.

Con has also worked with the Australian Woman’s Team.
